Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery of monthly reports
   • Overseeing the processing function ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
   • Managing the team delivering all supports to customers
   • Planning for monthly closing schedule to ensure that reports are available on a timely basis within the constraints of available resources.
   • Deliver the monthly reporting packs within agreed deadlines
   • Communicating outcomes and receiving feedback from customers.
   • Continuously develop the reporting process

2. Customer Success
   • Customer Onboarding, Support & Relationship Management
   • Encourage Service and Technology Education
   • Manage Customer Feedback
   • Monitor Customer Success Metrics

3. Other responsibilities
   • Provide cash-flow analysis and forecasts
   • Manage and administer statutory returns – VAT, etc.
   • Treasury for a number of customers
   • Oversee annual audits
   • Review costings and analysis of various cost centres for customers
   • Ensuring a strong financial control and compliance environment is in place and that key controls and reconciliation processes are properly implemented and kept up to date
   • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies

Skill and Experience:

• Accounting Qualification and evidence of continuous learning, ideally in several areas and including technology training
• Experience of accounting packages; Sage, Quickbooks, Xero or others.
• Experience with cloud based applications like Xero, Hubdoc, Dext etc.
• Excel spreadsheet modelling skills.
• Experience dealing with multiple projects concurrently
• Remote working skills, including strong communication skills
• Ability to navigate around & interpret financial statements
• Strong technical ability
