In the role, you will

• Be responsible for accurate and timely payrolls for all countries in compliance with local tax and labor regulations, including variable pay, stock, or other supplemental or non-recurring pay runs, and ensuring timely tax payments
• Mentor, develop, hire and train international payroll team
• Manage internal/external payroll audits
• Manage the funding of payroll
• Manage Global Mobility for payroll and tax compliance
• Manage SOX compliance for payroll
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers in all locations
• Manage compliance for RSU program
• Manage key relationships with internal stakeholders such as HR, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Stock Administration and IT
• Drive special projects, including process documentation and improvements, system updates, integrations, upgrades, or implementations
• Develop, drive and report on key metrics for the function

Key requirements :

·        Ten years +  Post Qualification international payroll experience

• Experience leading the global payroll function at a rapidly scaling multinational high-tech company
• Experience in a finance shared service center with an international remit
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with major Human Resource Information System
• Experience implementing a large-scale payroll system or major upgrade a strong plus
• Versed in current payroll procedures and related laws
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, innovative, with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
• Flexibility as we continue to evolve processes and job responsibilities
• Hold a recognised Accounting/ Finance qualification
